HR Administrator

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
**ROLE**
Key role supporting the HR Business Partners and HR Coordinator to ensure all tasks and administrative aspects of HR are delivered on time to support successful delivery of HR strategy and People Plan. Reporting to the HR Coordinator, you will be one of the points of contact for all new and existing employees and responsible for responding to or directing HR related queries and coordinating key HR functions. This role is critical to our success as we evolve into one of the leading EPC contractors in the market.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issuing employment contracts and performing reference and right to work checks
- Maintain and update employee records and assisting with payroll administration
- Assist with queries and processes relating to new starts
- Coordinating and issuing correspondence relating to changes to employee terms and conditions of employment
- Perform new start inductions and support the onboarding process
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity - absence levels, turnover, etc
- Scheduling meetings, events, interviews, etc.
- Assist in the arrangement of Health Surveillance Program, OH appointments, etc
- Raising POs
- Administration of Benefit Schemes
- Supporting Medivacs / Fit to return process
- Assist with Absence administration
- Assist with general HR administration such as amendment letters, references etc
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong interpersonal, business presentation, and written communication skills
- Highly developed and demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Ensure confidentiality, work with mínimal supervision, manage projects and deadlines, show attention to detail, and exercise discretion in an environment of constant change are necessary
- Requires computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
