Our client is looking for an HR Administrator on contract basis, located in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

**ROLE**

This position requires a quick learning approach, ability to manage & prioritise workload in an efficient manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide efficient and confident secretarial support to Senior HR Administrator, PA to MD and other departments where required
- Raise requisitions in SAP system for HR & Comms Team
- Assist with new starts system requests, onboarding and offboarding
- Book meeting rooms and assist with conferencing & events
- Co-ordinate and book travel for the HR & Comms Team
- Assist in all other relevant administrative duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ideally a qualification in administration or secretarial
- Good standard of Word & MS Packages & typing skills
- Good attention to detail & accuracy essential
- Ability to use own initiative
- SAP experience (preferable but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aberdeen
