**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all accounting tasks - Sales Ledger / Credit Control / Purchase Ledger and Payroll
- Producing monthly statements
- Raising invoices
- Completing finances correctly and accurately
- Ensure all HR & CCC policies are kept up to date
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office software skills
- Enjoys working in a busy pressurised environment
- Able to plan and work on own initiative
- Full understanding and experience of the importance of excellent customer service
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Good proof checking abilities
- 3 years’ experience in accounts within an office
- Part AAT qualified or experience
- Experience with Sage 50
