**Job overview**:
You will work as part of the admin team within the Occupational Health Department and duties will include:
Responsible for registering Management Referrals, booking appointments using Cohort database.
Responsible for registering Health Questionnaires
Monitoring Task bar on cohort
Covering Reception
Liaising with Management/HR and patients
**Main duties of the job**:
You will also be responsible for:
Ability to multi task and be responsible for prioratising own workload.
Booking people in at reception and taking calls.
Sorting out appointment reminders
Excellent telephone skills required and excellent keyboard skills.
Ensuring questionnaires are processed in line with KPIs and monitor task bar for fit slips to be sent out
ensuring management referrals are processed in line with KPIs and monitoring task bar for when triaged so appointment can be booked
Assisting clinical staff with booking in Health Surveillance appointments
