My client is currently looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their team based in Birkenhead. The position is office based and is offered on a permanent contact paying £20,000 per year and the potential to earn £24,000 with bonuses.

Working as a Call Centre Agent, your customers will be the general public, meaning the utmost professionalism is required at all times. You will be required to build rapport and as the first point of contact and the 'voice' of the company, ensuring a seamlessand efficient service is imperative.

**The hours**:

- 37 hours per week, rotated shifts Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:30 or 11:30 - 20:00)
- 1 shift every 1 in 2 weekends, Saturday morning or afternoon or Sunday morning, paid as overtime.

**Job will include**:

- Speaking to a variety of different customers
- Providing an excellent customer experience, building rapport instantly and taking further details about their enquiry
- Responding to customers over live chat
- Recording details onto the system
- Handle enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team
