Senior Accounts Administrator

Trust Health Limited provides outsourced medical billing services to clinicians in private practice, and as part of our services we manage significant sums of client funds. Due to ongoing growth in the business, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work 20 hours per week, over 5 days based in our offices in centre of Horsham.
**Job Role**:
- Reconciliation of multiple cashbooks on a weekly basis, and investigating and resolving any issues that arise
- Month end account reconciliations
- Management of weekly and monthly payments to clients
- Completing monthly reports for clients and management of transfer of client funds
- Management and transfer of internal funds between relevant bank accounts
- Ability to create and analyse management reports for KPI data
- Ensuring client funds are collected in line with agreed KPIs, and ensuring credit control standards are met, including undertaking regular review meetings with staff
- Credit control of overdue invoices, particularly for medical legal and embassy work
- Other administrative duties as required
- Previous experience within an accounts role for a minimum of 3 years is essential
- Problem solving abilities
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High level numeracy skills
- Intermediate / advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility and be a pro-active team player
- Act with integrity and honesty at all times and demonstrate trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally previous management experience
The role is 20 hours per week over 5 days per week, ie 4 hours per day. We can be flexible with the timing of the hours worked each day upon mutual agreement.
The salary is up to £32K full time equivalent.
