**IT Support Technician - Manchester**

Due to, Manchester Staff’s, clients continued growth, we are now looking to recruit another member of their IT Support team.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced person that can confidently provide technical support to the staff of our valued client.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the primary support contact.
- Adhere to company support guidelines and procedures.
- Ensue a high level of customer service and support is provided.
- Maintain both hardware and software IT systems.
- Set up new users on system.
- Working effectively within a team structure.
- Be well organised and stay savvy in regards network security.
- Supporting the company and team in other projects or endeavours.
- Be content with an office-based role.

**Required skills and experience**
- Demonstrable skills and experience in providing IT support and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience as an IT Technician, ideally within an office environment.
- Experience with Windows OS family environment, including Windows 10 Professional and Windows Server.
- Easily solving problems with Windows Office 365.
- Printer management, maintenance and set up.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- ProClaim Case Management Software.
- Experience working in the legal sector.
- Network and server configuration.

**Main competencies**
- Be an analytical thinker.
- Able to Work in an organised, logical manner.
- Have an ability to follow procedures.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Have an ability to communicate effectively.

**Education & Experience**
- GCSE or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 1 year (preferred).
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
- Commercial: 1 year (preferred).
