**Our client now have an exciting opportunity to join their business as Trainee IT Support Technicians through a rewarding and nationally recognised apprenticeship programme**
**Package**:

**Role**:

- Answer enquires both online and over the phone from customers who are having issues with the software
- Diagnose customer issues and handle them through to a resolution professionally and effectively
- Assist with providing customer demonstrations and training on the software where required
- Help resolve IT and technical incidents that occur
- Keep accurate records of all site information using IT service management tools

**Requirements**:

- GCSE’s in Maths and English as a minimum (A-Levels, NVQs, Diplomas or Foundation degrees are highly desirable)
- Ideally, you’ll have some previous work experience in any field
- Strong interest in IT and keen to develop your skills
- Fantastic people and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
