An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ecommerce assistant with a well-established Sheffield company. The successful applicant will play an integral role in providing ecommerce sales and marketing assistance and customer service support. You will have previous experience in a multi-faceted ecommerce role including order processing, product listing and sales support.

**Essential skills**:
Experience with website CMS (preferably Magento) in an ecommerce environment.

Product building and copywriting.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computerised systems including CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to integrate into a small team and flexibility to offer support in key areas of the business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and use your initiative.

Previous social media experience would be an advantage.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Related administration and customer service experience.

Strong understanding of ecommerce sales

Experience of working in a busy and dynamic office environment, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities will include**:
Building product listings and writing copy for other areas of the sites.

Stock ordering, checking, and unpacking.

Order processing.

Updating customers on progress of orders and any potential changes to availability of stock.

Inputting customer sales orders and preparation of sales reports using excel and accounting software.

**Training may be given in related procedures, practices and products.**

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
