An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small, quickly developing IT recycling business, based in the Deepcar (S36) area of **Sheffield**.

We are on the lookout for an online e-commerce manager to join our growing but small team.

**Primary Roles**
Listing items for Sale on eBay, Amazon & Shopify.
Be familiar with our systems & listing templates to ensure photos & descriptions are correct.
Work closely with our processing team to ensure problems or errors are resolved quickly and effectively.
Troubleshooting on a daily basis, helping to resolve order issues and maximising potential sale opportunities.
Dealing with customer returns, enquiries & refunds via phone message or live chat.
Managing stock via monthly checks to ensure stock levels are correct.

**Any general versatility and interest towards IT would certainly be a benefit.**

As we are a small company the opportunities granted with this role may fluctuate to meet the needs of the business and to make the most of your skills. The intention being to grow the team and develop these responsibilities to other staff members, which you would be an essential part of.

We would love to take on a new member of staff who is passionate, willing and eager. Not only learn new IT abilities, but also help us save the planet by ensuring waste electronic items are skilfully refurbished or ethically removed from use.

**The Following skills are required**:
Must be able to pass a DBS check
Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a team
Full UK Driving Licence - Essential
Full training can be provided in-line with company processes & procedures however previous experience will be required.
**Role will be primarily office based with the flexibility to work from home on occasion possible, communication is key in this role & will be solely office based until training is complete.**

**Desirable Skills (although not necessary)**:
Previous work in the IT sector to be familiar with the items we are marketing.
Previous marketplace listing, eBay primarily with amazon and Shopify.

Salary will also be based on experience & will increase as you grow & the company grows.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
