**The role**:
Want to gain experience of working with Amazon, and expand your general e-commerce knowledge, all within a fast-growing Superfoods business? This position is focused on improving our brand and product presence with our e-commerce platforms to support our future growth targets. As the main area of focus, this role will involve the many complexities of dealing with Amazon at a support level.

**Key Responsibilities/accountabilities**:

- Collate editorial and marketing content and images for use with Amazon and brand websites.
- Update content, data and pricing for Amazon’s UK / European product catalogues and GO Superfoods’ brand websites.
- Audit Amazon product catalogues and detail pages to identify and address errors and areas for improvement.
- Review Amazon’s content and performance metrics to identify requirements for action.
- Create and implement excel data uploads for new product listings and bulk range updates.
- Review and update Amazon product attributes and categories.
- Identify and address product restrictions and compliance issues.
- Manage Amazon support cases and performance notifications.
- Review inventory levels and shipment discrepancies.
- Support Amazon advertising initiatives.
- Monitor customer queries and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 year’s work experience in a similar e-commerce role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; written and verbal communication skills in German an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Ability to manage high volumes of data in multiple European languages
- High attention to detail
- Commitment to meet deadlines
- Problem finding and solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to use own initiative

Green Origins is a leading European superfoods business based on the outskirts of Sheffield. Established in 2008, we import a range of 80+ superfoods direct from growers around the world and sell them under our own brands, in bulk and in private label. We are the BRAND behind many UK and European superfood brands.

The plant-based nutrition sector is growing exponentially and we’ve been fortunate enough to be part of that growth. Over the last 7 years we’ve grown at over 60% per year on average from a small 2 man start-up to a 50 person business with multiple international distributors, several of our own retail brands and a wide range of high street brands that rely on us for superfood ingredients and private label. Our business growth has been recognised by two Queens Awards and the 2019 “Grocer Food & Drink Fast 50” where we were placed at 19th in their list of the fastest growing food brands. In addition to this we have been awarded over 10 Great Taste Awards.
