Within this newly created role, you will be responsible for all aspects of eCommerce trading & merchandising, ensuring that all brands, across all channels, are accurately represented, up-to-date and optimised.

**What you'll be doing**

Utilising your strong analytical and problem-solving skills you will analyse data quickly and accurately to identify ways to improve the customer journey and drive overall business growth.

**How you'll do it**
- Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
- To manage all pages across our website and marketplaces, ensuring that all products are displayed correctly, making it easy for the customer to discover and purchase.
- Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of the product, including set up, pricing, categorisation, ranking, upsell/cross-sell online.
- To provide an easy user experience by ensuring that products are categorised correctly and enabling the customer to find the relevant product quickly to maximise conversion.
- To ensure that all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying best sellers, key trends & stories.
- Improve existing product listings and drive new product launches.
- Optimise web conversion, through product availability and visibility, reviewing the customer journey & optimising this accordingly.
- Prioritise workflows in reaction to communications of upcoming trading and product promotions both internally and externally.
- Support eCommerce & Marketing teams in delivering seasonal promotions and price amendments across the website, in line with the company trading calendar.
- Carry out daily reviews and checks across all websites, checking product information, categorisation & placement is correct whilst ensuring functionality is working correctly and site performance is of standard.
- To initiate and set up weekly reports, capturing relevant KPI data which in turn will assist in improving customer proposition, journey & conversion and to drive sales & margin.
- Using data captured, test and review online behaviour which will drive performance.
- Monitor the market and fully understand trends, gaps and opportunities in order to optimise listings, and increase traffic & conversion whilst also identifying new opportunities from this.

**What we're looking for**

**Essential requirements**:

- IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
- Strong written language skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly analytical, commercially astute, and numerate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude.
- Ideally a degree in marketing or a similar business-related degree, but not essential.
- Active problem solver, constantly seeking solutions and taking a proactive approach in doing so.
