As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees.
- Leading employee relations initiatives, resolving complex issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational development and change management.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Managing two direct reports

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally from a manufacturing, logistics or FMCG sector
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
- CIPD or relevant HR certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
