Senior Helpdesk Coordinator - Nights EQUANS is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in Bellshill, Scotland, on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is a 37.5‑hour week, working nights from 21:00 to 08:00, 4 days on/4 days off. The offered salary is £26,110.50 per annum, plus shift allowance and a benefits package. Employment Details Location: Bellshill, Scotland, United KingdomSeniority: Mid‑Senior levelContract: Permanent, Full‑time Key Responsibilities Deliver a high level of customer service to users of the Facilities Helpdesk. Act as the first point of escalation for the help desk. Support the Team Leader with HR tasks, including appraisals, one‑to‑ones, team meetings and coaching/training. Provide out‑of‑office cover for the team leader as required. Investigate and troubleshoot help desk issues. Log live calls on the internal CAFM system (MAXIMO) and assign/dispatch tickets to appropriate resources via multiple channels. Report issues to internal and external clients/customers using the in‑house system. Pro‑actively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the required SLA. Perform administrative tasks as required by the business. Support the team on call handling for a multi‑contract, fast‑paced help desk. Required Experience & Skills FM Helpdesk experience. Experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages. Strong organisational and investigative abilities. Experience collaborating within a team to achieve goals.
