Senior Helpdesk Coordinator - Nights – Equans UK & Ireland Equans is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with an annual salary of £26,110.50 plus shift allowance and a benefits package. Shift hours: 21:00 – 08:00, 4 days on / 4 days off. What will you deliver? Experience of delivering a high level of customer service. 1st point of escalation for the Helpdesk. Support Team Leader with HR tasks including appraisals, one‑to‑one meetings and coaching/training. Provide out‑of‑office cover for the team leader as required. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Work effectively within the team and collaborate to achieve their goals. Support the team with call handling for a multi‑contract fast‑paced Helpdesk. Support the team with live call logging on the internal CAFM system (MAXIMO). Assign and dispatch to various resources via multiple channels. Issue reports to internal and external clients/customers using in‑house system. Assist the team in proactively monitoring and chasing work orders to completion within the required SLA. Regular checks on CAFM (Maximo) to ensure good quality is demonstrated at all times. Good customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Microsoft packages.
