Your Ecommerce Accountant is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Administrator to join our remote team. As a young company specialising in accounting for e-commercebusinesses, we thrive on providingexceptional service to our clients and building strong, lasting relationships.

**Job description**:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our dynamic team and undertake a wide range of tasks, from onboarding new clients to managing the Director’s inbox.

You'll be working hand-in-handwith our seasoned Onboarding Manager, leadingan array of administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the onboarding process of new clients
- Handle timelyand accurateprocessing of all customer documents and queries
- Daily Inbox management
- Register clients for HMRC taxes such as PAYE and VAT
- Undertake ad hoc company secretarial tasks and general administration
- Manage internal supplier payments
- Assistwith marketing, debt management, and internal recruiting
- Organise and manage the client database

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and numeric abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills
- Ability to take on high levels of responsibility in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to partake in all aspects of the business
- Must be able to work from home

Full-time, Remote position

Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
