Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Greater London, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative support tasks, such as managing schedules, maintaining records, assisting with clerical responsibilities, and providing phone and email support. Prompt and professional communication with team members and clients will be key to successfully contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant's business functions.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and data entry
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software systems and tools
- Previous relevant administrative experience is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude
