**About the role**
**We are now recruiting a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Europe, Africa and Middle East Total Rewards team.**
The primary responsibility of this role is to pro-actively support Head of Total Rewards EMEA in effective delivery of annual reward processes and reward projects. As our Total Rewards Specialist, You will analyse data and provide clearly articulated insights and guidance that drive better decision making on rewarding people.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the delivery of the end-to-end annual compensation cycle processes for managerial and clerical / professional employees.
- Lead participation of key reward surveys and analyse output against internal data to assure competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Collect and analyse data to support the annual merit budgeting process, salary structure changes and benefit design.
- Assist on-going strategic reviews of regional reward activity providing relevant analysis and benchmarking data.
- Determine grading of positions and recommend compensation levels taking into consideration internal and external benchmarking.
- Partner with benefits brokers and providers to manage the benefit plans renewal processes.
- Co-ordinate the implementation and promotion of any new benefits / benefits-related HR projects or initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory changes that affect compensation and benefit plans to develop recommendations as appropriate. Interpret local laws regulating compensation and benefit practices.
**About you**
- Ability to base decisions on logic, maintain a fresh perspective, and challenge assumptions in a fast-paced matrix/multi-national environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, human resources or a related field advantageous
- CIPD or CPP qualified advantageous
- Project management experience would be an advantage.
- Proven Total Rewards experience within a commercial organization, either as a Reward Analyst/Advisor or, in a generalist HR role with reward responsibilities.
- Experience of Hay job evaluation methodology
- High level of IT literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential and a proficiency in using
- HR Information Systems.
- Proficient in SAP and Success Factors a distinct advantage
- Highly self-motivated and directed personality with effective organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Aptitude for working and being successful in a team supporting international locations.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Solution-focused with a simple and practical approach when executing.
- Flexible to adapt to the needs of the business and results-oriented to deliver objectives and continuous improvement.
- High degree of personal integrity and honesty, with an absolute commitment to confidentiality.
