This role will be leading on the delivery of projects agreed under the Workforce Performance Workstream of the programme, reporting progress to senior stakeholders, working closely with the Project Manager, overall Programme Manager, and the Programme Director.

Projects include the development and implementation of a new Reward Strategy alongside a Reward and Recognition framework which connects with our values, supports career progression, and ensures competitive market alignment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Project Manager to develop the plan of work and work to the timescales set to deliver on time and budget.
- Lead a small team on delivery of Reward an Recognition projects, ensure works delivered on time and ensure excellent customer service approach.
- Work with Senior Stakeholders to lead consultation on proposed changes, gain feedback, develop approach and design to meet service needs.
- Collaborate with other workstream leads and project specialist to ensure holistic approach to delivering change.
- Consulting all levels of the intuition on delivering change.

**Essential skills**
- Knowledge of Reward and Recognition best practice across different sectors
- Ability to think in strategic terms and exercise leadership across the board.
- Specialist experience of implementing a Reward Strategy
- High standards of customer Service delivery.
- Experience of Managing People.
- Use of Power BI.

This is a Hybrid role based in Manchester, with the expectation to come on site 2 days a week.
