**What does the role involve?**:

- Maintain global grading structure through evaluation of positions against Hilti global grading standards.
- Advise on compensation packages for new hires and promotions across the Norther Europe region (paramount focus on Sweden and Finland), making recommendations for competitive offers within salary policy, whilst considering internal equity.
- Conduct annual compensation benchmarking review & analysis in order to provide recommendations on annual salary policy for all Sweden and Finland employees and support the benchmarking review & analysis for Northern Europe region (if & where required).
- Lead annual merit review exercise for all Sweden and Finland employees, supportNorthern Europe HR teams with the annual merit review (if & where required), lead pre-merit & post-merit required analysis, including gender pay gap report, salaries guides developmentfor Sweden and Finland.
- Conduct calculation and administration of annual bonus scheme for relevant organisations within Northern Europe region (currently Sweden and UK).
- Preparation and distribution of Total Rewards Statements in Sweden and Finland, support with the preparation and distribution of Total Rewards Statements in other Northern Europe markets (if & where required).
- Benefits maintenance & renewal for Sweden and UK
- Work for Rewards & cross-functional project activities.
- Prepare the replies/solutions for ad-hoc requests & queries from Employees on Rewards topics.
- Expert in advanced Compensation and Benefits processes and configuration in Workday, including mass upload template preparation.
- Expert in Reward reporting in Workday - reports configuration.

**What you need is**:

- Experience in Compensation and Benefits / Total Rewards in commercially driven organization.
- Advanced IT skills in MS-Office (superior skills using Excel).
- Highly numerate and confident working with data and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to analyse complex data and present in a clear and concise manner.
- Results driven and able to work effectively to deadlines (sometimes tight ones) and in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with ability to prioritise tasks; can easily differentiate critical issues from the non-urgent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience leading people or projects.
- Ability to influence internal and external business partners and establish a mutual sense of trust and cooperation to build and nurture relationships.
