Job Description Type : Full Time Time : Permanent Location : London or Manchester (hybrid) Working Pattern : +2 days working from the office, 3 days remote Department : Total Rewards - Global The Role The Global Reward Benefits Lead is a newly created strategic position within the Total Reward team. Reporting to the Director of Reward & Benefits, this role will lead the development and implementation of a globally aligned benefits strategy and framework, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. It will also manage and develop a global benefits team within a matrix structure and oversee a global review of benefits to harmonise offerings and identify optimisation opportunities. Essential Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Extensive experience in global benefits management and strategy development. Strong knowledge of regional benefits regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate global agreements. Leadership & Collaboration Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
