The Global Reward Benefits Lead is a newly created strategic position within the Total Reward team. Reporting to the Director of Reward & Benefits, this role will lead the development and implementation of a globally aligned benefits strategy and framework, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. Extensive experience in global benefits management and strategy development.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
Proven experience in inspiring, supporting, and empowering team members through effective people management, coaching, and clear goal-setting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data meaningfully to support data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable operating in a change environment and leading global projects.
Strategic Leadership: Lead a global benefits review and harmonisation project, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Modern, flexible working – A minimum of 2 days each week required from the office, 3 days from home.
