**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 19:00 - 42 hours per week**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Security Team Leader to join our passionate and driven team in Greenford

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- The day-to-day management of Security Officers to ensure the required Company and client requirements are met.
- Review Performance of the Security Officers daily.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with the onsite construction team as well as the client.
- Conduct training with the team to ensure development is in line with business requirements.
- Conduct HR meetings i.e., initial investigations, welfare & return to work etc.
- Accurate rostering and forward planning of all direct reporting officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and absences.
- Monitoring and managing the appearance and behaviours of all Security personnel, taking remedial action as appropriate and in line with company policy and procedures.
- Assignment Instructions and site documentation are kept up to date.
- All incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures.
- Monitor faults with security-related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly.
- Being fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems, ensuring an effective monitoring and reporting function is maintained.
- Participate in any arranged company training to improve standards of performance.
- To be the first point of contact on their shift for security function-related queries resolving more complex queries utilising experience and knowledge referring any complaints with regards to security practices, to the Security Management Team.
- Assist the Site Team and Security Management with any reasonable or practical request.
- Need to be CPCS A73 traffic Marshall Trained, however, full training will be provided.

**About You**:

- Previous supervisory/management experience is required within a Security team.
- An SIA licence is required.
- Knowledge or previous experience within the construction industry.
- To be fully flexible to meet business requirements.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to negotiate and deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
