About the Role

Regent FM are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for Front of House Security Officers to join our growing team at a prestigious new building in the heart of Mayfair.

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a brand-new security team as we launch this contract for our valued client. The building operates 24/7, offering opportunities for both day and night shift teams, or a combination of both for those seeking flexibility.

We are looking for professional, proactive, and customer-focused individuals who take pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining the highest standards of security and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence for all staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring as required.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and report any incidents or irregularities promptly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring site safety and security procedures are upheld.
  • Liaise with building management, emergency services, and colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation.

Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, professional appearance suitable for a front-of-house environment.
  • Previous experience in corporate or front-of-house security (preferred but not essential).
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently when required.
