Head Doorman

Upperclass Security is looking for a Head of Security in one of the most exclusive nightclubs in the heart of Mayfair in central London.

The ideal candidate must have relevant team-leading experience, with references required. They must also have the right to work in the UK and hold an SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence.

Please note that this role is for a high-end club in Mayfair.

Requirements

· Checkable at least 5 years of Head Doorman experience in a similar high-end venue

· Flexible & Reliable

· Available to work weekends and any weeknights the club operates

· Must command excellent verbal and written English

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Physical fitness and endurance

· Ability to lead and motivate security staff

· Computer and report writing skills

· Ability to act quickly and respond to emergencies

· Must be familiar with incident response procedures and dealing with authorities

· Must be presentable, well-groomed and physically fit

· Must hold a VALID SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £17.00 per hour
