Marketing Data Analyst

A global online gaming brand is looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to support the delivery of data-driven information to the marketing and product teams. This exciting and specialist role requires strong leaderships skills and excellent stakeholdermanagement. Along with a salary of up to £70K you will also receive a bonus, healthcare, pension scheme, hybrid working, and company events throughout the year.
You will report into the CMO, and the role will be focused on improving marketing efficiencies and ROI by analysing media spend to find optimisation opportunities. You must have experience analysing digital marketing channels and understand the impact of performanceand ATL channels on overall company performance.
**As a Marketing Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include**:

- Compiling information from various sources (internal and external performance team/ agencies (PPC, Paid social, programmatic display and TV) and internal departments (DM/CRM etc) into a single, consumable set, including design and implementation of models.
- Working with business leaders to identify and develop metrics and visualisations that will track performance and highlight potential inefficiencies
- Taking responsibility for the modelling & measurement of investment and its effectiveness across both ATL and digital performance channels.
- Building/designing warehouses to house/aggregate all relevant performance data - to include all historical and on-going marketing stats for all markets
- Reporting relevant weekly to stakeholders - along with relevant commentary all relevant markets
- Building profitable customer segments/profiles to enable future targeting of more profitable players
- Reviewing back-end monthly reports provided by external agencies to sense check their reporting approach and ensure their performance reporting is accurate and robust
- Working with cross-channel information supplied by agencies and make recommendations to stakeholders on how best to optimise spend across the following: Digital/Offline and within digital the optimal channel split - to ensure growth and profitable CPAsand player values
- Working with the external agencies across the key channels (ATL and performance (mainly PPC/Social and programmatic) in order to build a mixed media model or a multi-channel attribution model in order to understand the impact of above the line/brandingactivity on performance channels, and be able to better optimise spend
- Working closely with Performance and Digital Marketing teams, BI abroad and other stakeholders to lead elements of the annual/quarterly budgeting and forecasting process

**We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience in data science or related field
- Knowledge of Appsflyer Raw and Aggregated reporting, App Analytics Reporting, Google Ads Reporting, Facebook/Meta Reporting, and Power-Bi Platform/Tableau
- Must be capable of setting up Data Studio performance reports
- The ability to work with large, complex sets across multiple platforms and design efficient processes to provide accurate and timely information is crucial
- Experience working with multi-nationals with the ability to assimilate relevant cultural and regulatory differences across different markets
- Experience working in e-commerce large volume transactions business operating is highly competitive marketplace is essential
- Experience with prediction models and quantitative analysis
- Experience in financial modelling, planning and forecasting
