**The Role**:
The ideal applicant is a good generalist marketer with the ability to think creatively and analytically. You will be able to conduct insightful market research to develop a marketing strategy that can effectively reach the target audience. You should be able to evaluate the marketing process and work on critiquing and improving its results.

**Responsibilities**:
Create a successful marketing strategy using both online and offline marketing channels

Marketing budget management

Develop clear and compelling messaging that’s consistent across all channels

Identify target groups, goals and desired results of the marketing campaign

Research the latest trends and undertaking competitor research activities

Evaluating, measuring, and analysing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness using web analytics and offline integrated measurement. Collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.

Website maintenance including updating images, content and monitoring the overall look and feel of the website

Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO & PPC strategy

Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results

Management of UK social media platforms

Relationship management with Brokers & Real Estate Agents

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

2 - 3 years relevant Marketing experience

Strong skills in the areas of analysis, communication, time management and creativity

Strong ability to focus on the customer/market and take initiative

Social media experience

SEO and PPC experience

Have a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail and administrative skills.

Can do attitude

Outgoing personality who will be at home in a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic team
