Our Tilbury site are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time basis.

**Salary**: £24,960 per annum

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a Stock Administrator is to provide accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:

- Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers
- Processing stock queries with agreed timeframes, providing customer care
- Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures
- Processing returns and inter deport cross documents
- Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network
- Processing system transactions to correct stock balances
- Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database
- Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside missing pallets
- Empty location checks as required on the system
- Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
- Supporting colleagues throughout the network
- Providing cover for Goods In desk as required
- General administration paperwork filing
- Inspecting floors and physically checking stock as required
- Other duties as reasonably required

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- PC literate and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
- Pro-active and adaptable approach
- Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative
- Co0nsensius and reliable
- Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise
- Excellent customer sergice skills
- Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
