Uniserve are seeking a Warehouse Administrator. You will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily admin tasks.
  • Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone.
  • Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods.
  • Daily routing of orders using the transport management system.
  • Allocating and releasing orders.
  • Physically counting and investigating stock queries.

Skills and Experience:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word).
  • Experience working within an office environment.
  • An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet targets.
  • Team Player.
