We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join the team at our London Mega Terminal Warehouse in Tilbury. You will be responsible for general admin duties ensuring that all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Hours of work - 08.30 - 16.00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry
- Order Processing
- Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
- Allocating and releasing orders
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are processed
- Must be organised
- Excel knowledge (intermediate)

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferred but not essential
- Good customer service
- MS Office
- Driven and self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solving capability
- Flexible & adaptable
- Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
