Working in a Despatch Office, and liaising with the warehouse supervisors, the primary duty of this role is to attend to HGV drivers at a "Booking In" window, ensuring the quick, friendly, and accurate processing of vehicle arrival and departure. In addition, this role will also support traffic flow on-site, whilst providing administrative support to the business. Experience in a similar role is required, as is an understanding of road haulage and logistics, however full training will be provided during the probationary period. This role would suit someone with the flexibility in their lifestyle to work late and start early during busy periods. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. In addition to a competitive salary, and the scope to increase earnings through overtime, the role also comes with 25 days' holiday, excluding Public Holidays. The Company also provides access to a first-class Employee Assistance Program and the opportunity to join our Cycle to Work Scheme after a successful probation period. No agencies please.
