London City Bond Ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join our administration department as a Goods-In Administrator, located at our Tilbury site located on the Port of Tilbury.

You will be joining our Goods-In Team.

As a Goods-In Administrator, you will be joining a fast-paced team at our biggest site in Tilbury located on Port of Tilbury.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (07:00-16:00 or 08.00-17.00- £11 per hour)

This Goods-In Administrator role offers a salary of £22,880, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime flat rate is £16.50 per hour, over 40 hours a week.

If you work five hours overtime per week, you will earn £27,000 per annum, if you work ten hours per week you will earn £31,000 PA.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Working in a fast-paced office environment
- Entering data onto our bespoke warehouse system
- General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
- Liaising with the warehouse management team to ensure service levels are maintained
- Supporting the warehouse management team with stock anomalies

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in an office/administrative environment
- A good level of computer competency and an eye for detail
- A knowledge of warehouse functions
- Have very good vocabulary skills and a competent phone manner
- Be organised and have good multi-tasking and time management skills
- Have a pro-active and positive can-do attitude
