We currently have over 300 employees operating out of 8 distribution depots, 3 manufacturing sites and our Head Office at the Port of Tilbury.

**What is the main purpose of the role?**

To help facilitate the processing of shipments; liaising with suppliers, hauliers and customers to allow the efficient distribution of our range of products. You will support the team and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure shipments are dealt with and inputted into Bistrack in a timely manner.

**What are the key areas of responsibility?**
- Filing/Scanning and printing documents
- Updating shipping calendar
- Stock Receipting
- Chasing for any documents needed from suppliers etc
- Invoice Pre-payments
- Managing Kutai Flamebreak Labels
- Sending out export documents via DHL
- Sending out any original BLS via special Delivery

**What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?**
- Experience working within administration and ideally a regulated environment.
- Good communicator both verbal and written.
- Sound problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient IT Skills - MS Excel particularly beneficial**.**:

- You will need to be a car driver as this site is not accessible by public transport.

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,418.00 per year
