Assist Shift Manager in the management of teams in order to motivate teams ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are monitored all Company policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to and that all product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in line with or exceeding KPIs.Main Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded Manage Goods Inwards area and Loading bays to ensure that receipts are made quickly and without damaging goods so that stock is available to satisfy ordersDevelop and train all team members so that their contributions to the warehouse can be maximised and succession planCarry out disciplinary/ grievance interviews and investigations in line with Company procedureSupport the Shift  Manager in any ad hoc duties within the Warehouse functionOver see the cross docking processEnsure that the work place is clean and tidy at all timesCarry out daily shift briefs to their teams and ensure that their teams are kept up to date with all relevant information to enable them to carry out their work.Ensure that all areas of the warehouse comply with the companies Health Safety and Welfare policies.Monitor and control the work environment to ensure that it is operating to its optimum efficiency.Ensure that the shifts performance is in line with the work load and Key Performance Indicators.Ensure that the available resources are utilised to there full potential at all times.Qualifications : Previous operational experience within a warehouse environmentExperience in managing a large teamGood working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation within a FMCG environment is desirableGood health and safety knowledge Attention to detail/accuracyComputer Literte in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook.Ability to work a part of a team and individually Conscientious and reliable.Strong communication skills.The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.Be proactive and able to make decisionsAdditional Information :  In return for your passion hard work and determination in providing outstanding service to our customers we offer: Competitive salary and holiday life Assurance pension scheme retail discounts health cash plans: Hospital dental and optical and MANY MOREWhen our staff have passion for what they do they work with more care and attention which is reflected to our clients Click APPLY NOW to #JoinOurWinningTeam and begin your career todayRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Agency,Front End,Accounting And Auditing,Access,Administration Support,Jboss Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
