**About the Role**

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be joining our busy team at Tilbury Dock.

Full-time working 5 days a week Monday to Friday 45 hours per week

**£32,445 salary**

Overtime over 45 hours a week is **£18.50ph**

**Our Hiring Process**

Please note, as part of our process, and because we are a HMRC controlled warehouse, we will ask you to undertake a basic **DBS check**. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon successful completion of a DBS check which will be done on your induction day and funded by London City Bond. If you have any criminal convictions, we would kindly request that you disclose this information to us at the beginning of the recruitment process.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Working in a busy warehouse environment you will work in all areas of the operation.
- Unloading, receiving, sorting, and put away through to the picking of a single unit order for a consumer to a trailer load destined for a supermarket, wholesaler.
- Carry out shift handovers and brief team members as required.
- Manage and assist the inspection of all deliveries and ensure they are recorded correctly on the business operational systems.
- Manage the safe unloading / loading of product from vehicles.
- Manage all aspects of stock and system functionality.
- Manage the assignment of order picking.
- Manage the despatch of all orders.
- Picking customers’ orders from one unit to a trailer load.
- Manage the variance process.
- Ensure that there is resource available for all areas of responsibility.
- Ensure trunks are ready to depart on time.
- Processing customer returns, ensuring accuracy and the product is correctly located back on to the racking. Therefore, an eye for detail is vital.
- Ad-hoc repacks, duty labelling as and when request by our customers.
- As part of a team consistently achieve targets set for your department.

**About you**

To be a successful Warehouse Supervisor you will:

- The ability to manage a team ensuring they are multi tasked across all job functions.
- The ability to be hands on and a strong leader
- Required to multi-task, be hands on and flexible to support the team with other manual duties.
- There will be processing of returns, repacking, labelling and anything that our customers require. The company is committed to providing a consistently conforming service that aims not only to meet but exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Accuracy is paramount to ensure we meet customers' high expectations and conform to both ISO9001 and HMRC criteria.
- Comply with all the companies H&S Policies, quality, and safe working procedures. Monitor and prevent damage to product and MHE equipment.

**About the shifts and hours on offer**:

- **Shift - **Monday to Friday - 14.00pm - 23.00pm - **£32,445.00**:

- All overtime over 45 hours a week is **£18.00ph**:

- MHE Training will be offered after successful probationary period
