An exciting opportunity for a **Stock Coordinator** to join **Saint-Gobain in Newton Abbot**. This is a varied role onsite role with desk work, some forklift work and stock coordination duties. **Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00**.

To be a successful **Stock Coordinator,** you will work alongside your team to ensure stock is available for our customers and that they receive a good experience as well as working with the team to ensure vehicles are loaded correctly.

The team has around 13 in the branch and a wider team of another 20 people in other hubs. Every day will be fast paced and challenging but ultimately rewarding.

To be considered for **Stock Coordinator**, you need:

- Some experience of working in stock management or in a purchasing environment is advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills and PC literate.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.

To be a successful **Stock Coordinator** you will:

- Manage and implement improvements to achieve Stock KPIs and purchase ledger controls.
- Development of range profile and storage in line with customer and market demand.
- Unloading supplier vehicles with the use of forklift trucks (training provided).
- Ensure that all activities are managed within quality and cost targets.
- Develop good working relationships with Inventory Team and Suppliers.
