Office Administrator

This is an extremely varied administrative role where you will be required to get involved with social media, marketing and supporting the helpdesk. Your duties could include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule social media posts
- Create and distribute letters, along with other marketing
- Follow up phone calls from potential new clients
- Booking appointments in the work diary
- Monthly invoicing
- Assisting with marketing materials
- Assisting the bookkeeper with duties
- Logging calls from the helpdesk
- Take calls from customers and pass to sales team for processing
- Other administrative duties
**Job Types**: Apprenticeship, Full-time
**Salary**: £10,255.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6UN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
