The company is a well-established, stable business that has had sustainable growth over the last few years, coupled with the introduction of new services to also bolster profitability. The company specialise in commercial cleaning predominantly for the SME, public sector and healthcare market place. We are looking for a Dynamic Sales Director to deliver hands on management of the internal & external sales teams, and in turn significantly increase revenue.

**Duties & Responsibilities - Sales Director**
- Territory - Glasgow / Edinburgh
- Must live within commuting distance of Glasgow
- Management of 2 external Area Sales Managers
- Management of 3 internal sales including 1 Acc Mgrs
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring and executing sales plans
- Drive sales team to meet KPI’s set by you
- Develop additional training and sales strategies
- Assist with marketing to help secure new markets
- Sell company’s value proposition through proposals
- Develop corrective action when identified
- Hire and develop high performing team members

**The Person - Sales Director**

You will be given full autonomy to achieve the company’s goals and objectives with mínimal restrictions, however results will be at the heart of your success. We are looking for someone who has worked in the same or similar industry and has a wealth of management experience with both internal and external sales teams with a demonstrable track record of growth. You must be highly organised, professional, insightful and ooze energy with ability to get the best from the sales team where other fail. The company will give you all the backup and resources to perform the role and in return you will have a successful future at a market leading business.

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

- Sales management: 5 years (required)
