The City & Capital Group are delighted to be the exclusive search partner of a new entrant to the UK Commercial Finance sector who have engaged our services in order to appoint a professional and ambitious Sales Director to their team. The ideal individualwill take responsibility for origination of new business finance requirements via the broker and professional introducer community. Our Client offers an innovative FinTech solution to SME cashflow funding with typical facilities ranging from £250k to £5M per client funded from their balance sheet. They are extremely well funded by a combination of international banks, private equityand a family office. They have an established presence in Switzerland and Australia and opened their UK and Netherlands offices for business in October 2021. Their core product is a highly flexible revolving credit facility secured on the sales ledger, seamlesslyintegrated into their clients accountancy software via API links. The role will be focused on the origination of new funding requirements via intermediaries and will report to the UK Commercial Director. The majority of your time will be spent meeting with potential introducers, attending trade shows and industry eventsto grow awareness of the company and their unique product. The salary on offer is between £65k - £75k for the ideal individual which will be complemented by a generous, uncapped commission scheme with an OTE in the £85k-£100k range, annual bonus and access to the company benefits scheme. Higher offers may be consideredfor exceptional individuals if and where relevant. You will be "field based" and primarily responsible for origination in Scotland. **Required Experience** - Previous experience of and success within an introducer led Commercial Finance role - A substantial existing introducer network is essential - Proven ability to manage a large sales pipeline while paying strict attention to detail **Ideal Personal Attributes**: - Self-motivated with and a strong passion for the scale-up scene and FinTech - A winning personality with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level We look forward to hearing from you.
