Company Description
Security Monitoring Centre now has an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Advisor (CCTV) in Leeds. The main goal of this role is to assist with the monitoring and response to CCTV and intruder alarms based at our Leeds Security Monitoring Centre.
**Job Description**:
- Respond to and process CCTV and alarm activations, speedily and accurately
- Inform the relevant Emergency Authorities and Customers
- Handle internal/ external customer related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times
- There are various shift patterns available and you will work 38.5 contractual hours per week. Examples of shifts available: rotating system of two 7am to 7pm days, followed by two 7pm to 7am nights and then four days off.
**Qualifications**:
- Have previous customer service experience, ideally telephone based
- Possess clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team in a customer service environment

- Salary of £22,800 including shift allowance. This will increase to £24,000 upon successful completion of probation
- Overtime at 1.5x basic rate
- Bank Holiday at 2.5x basic rate, Christmas Day and New Years’ Day at 3x basic rate
