We are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic Marketing Manager working for a innovate supplier into the FMCG sector

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies in line with company objectives
- Responsibility for brand management across a diverse range of product categories and disciplines
- Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and their progress
- Work closely and effectively with both the product development team and the sales team
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team’s activities and priorities
- Be aware of the company’s marketing budget and work within issued guidelines
- Plan and implement promotion campaigns
- Assist with the creation of a wide range of different marketing materials
- Manage launch campaigns for new products
- Co-ordinate exhibition activities both national and local
- Ensure effective branded communications via print, website, all company social media and trade advertising
- Analysis of external market data and create appropriate presentation documents for use with customers by the sales and development teams
- Research and evaluate potential new sales channels and product opportunities
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing plans against sales and margin expectations

**Key Attributes, Knowledge & Skills**
- Marketing experience in manufacturing preferably in the meat industry (or food industry) with brand management responsibilities
- Marketing degree prefered
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative outlook and flair
- Analytical skills with an aptitude for detail
- Highly developed teamwork skills
- Digital marketing experience to include all forms of social media
- Experience in dealing with external support - (graphic designers)
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft software products
- Confident enthusiastic personality with a good work ethic and sense of humour

Working hours: Full Time 8am to 5pm

**Salary**: starting from £35,000pa
