EPW1JOB TITLE : Commercial Marketing ExecutiveSITE LOCATION : Telford / HybridHOURS : Monday – Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pmREPORTS TO : Head of Marketing / Head of CommercialKey AccountabilitiesDevelop, own and execute the Specification marketing strategy for Epwin Window Systems, aligning with our Specification Sales Team and overall business objectives.Create activity plans to support Specification Sales Team objectives and provide regular updates on performanceManage the Approved Commercial Partner Scheme, create and deliver a value proposition that its members see added value in. Identify and target opportunities to grow the scheme membership, and extend products and services to increase appealCreate and manage all Specification collateral, both print and online, and ensure content is correct and up to date.Manage specification platforms and provide Specification Sales Team with leadsCreate KPIs for measuring success in your role and report them monthlyOrganise and attend relevant eventsSupport Specification Sales Team as and where necessaryDesirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience RequiredDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing and / or specification backgroundStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, CMS, Google Analytics).Excellent organisational and project management skills.Creative thinking and attention to detailExperience working with technical or industrial products.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamCRM ManagementManage, Record, assign and track specification leads via CRM platformCampaign CoordinationPlan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.Content & CommunicationsCreate and manage content for brochures, websites, email newsletters, and social media.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Event ManagementOrganise and support shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.Sales SupportCollaborate with the Specification Sales Team to develop relevant marketing collateral and tools.Communicate campaign objectives and provide materials to support lead generation.Reporting & MetricsTrack campaign performance using analytics tools.Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.Personal AttributesAction-Oriented – Demonstrates the ability to address challenges and opportunities promptly, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Results-Driven – Confident and decisive, consistently seeking ways to improve performance and challenge conventional methods to achieve measurable outcomes.Exceptional Communicator – Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Strategic Agility – Quickly recognises changing market dynamics and responds with innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.Commitment to High Standards – Motivated to raise benchmarks, challenge inadequate solutions, and deliver excellence in all aspects of the role.Integrity and Trust – Upholds the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and loyalty, fostering a culture of openness and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
