Marketing Executive TelfordBased on Site Permanent Up to £29,000 depending on experience MondayThursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8.30am4.00pm. Were looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of UK and Ireland marketing activities for a well-established European brand. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, from campaign planning and content creation to event coordination and distributor support. Youll be the go-to person for all things marketing in the UK, working closely with the local sales team, international colleagues, and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive visibility and engagement. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: Plan and deliver UK & Ireland marketing campaigns - Execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives aligned with global strategy. Manage UK social media channels - Create and schedule engaging content tailored to the local audience, with support from external agencies. Update and maintain the UK website - Ensure product pages, news, and promotional content are current and aligned with brand standards. Coordinate trade shows and events - Lead planning and execution of exhibitions, distributor open days, and customer eventsincluding logistics, stand design, staffing, and branded materials. Support B2B partners with marketing assets - Provide point-of-sale collateral, branded documents, and digital content to enhance in-store and online visibility. Develop localised marketing content - Create brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and promotional materials suited to the UK market. Liaise with international marketing teams - Collaborate with HQ to align on strategy, branding, and campaign execution. Work with external marketing agencies - Brief and manage agency partners for digital, creative, and content support. Monitor and report on campaign performance - Track KPIs, analyse results, and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts. Conduct market and competitor research - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - Uphold global brand guidelines in all UK marketing activities, materials, and communications. Support internal teams with marketing needs - Collaborate with the UK sales team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and customer engagement. Skills and Experience We are looking for someone with at least a couple of years experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technical product environment. Strong organisational and project management skills. Confidence in managing social media, writing content, and supporting digital campaigns. A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a strong grasp of brand consistency. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams. Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland and occasionally to Europe.
