Job description:

- **Permanent, full time role**:

- **Based on-site at Moreton, Wirral**:

- **39 hours a week - Monday - Friday**:

- **Salary up to £27,000**

We have a new opportunity for an HR and Office Administrator to provide general office duties, at our Moreton site, the home of the Cadbury Mini Roll.

**What you will be doing**:

- Handling telephone calls, ordering, filing, maintaining employee files, updating databases, ensuring office supplies are available, administering employee rewards scheme
- Assisting with recruitment of casual colleagues
- Maintaining HR records and systems; MyHR and SAP, with amendments
- Liasing with all departments within the bakery and external contacts in a professionalmanner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for Time & Attendance Administrator; ensuring up to 550 weekly payroll colleagues are paid accurately in line with business requirements.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft office
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work on own initiative, to tight deadlines adapting to change as required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous knowledge of SAP or other HR software system desirable.
