We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualifications Officer to provide administrative support for the qualification process: ensuring timely completion of qualifications for learners, collaborating with internal staff and external stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Learner, Assessor & Internal Quality Assurer Liaison**:

- Liaising with learners, employers, suppliers and awarding bodies.

**Qualification Booking Administration**:

- Assisting fellow team members with the processing of learner bookings, entering all information on the customer management system.
- Managing learner enquiries.
- Ensuring all data entry is correct.
- Raising invoices with relevant purchase orders or processing card payments, when required.

**Qualification Learner Registrations**:

- Registering learners with the relevant awarding body.
- Creating trackable learner progress records at point of enrolment and maintaining these with up-to-date information of progress

**Experience**
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Prioritisation.
- Willingness to be flexible.
- Excellent customer service.
- Competent with the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Understanding of the key stages for learners to successfully complete qualifications
- Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**

GCSE’s A-C in Maths & English.

**Job Types**: Perm Full-time

**Salary**: £22000

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
