We are Deltic Solutions, a forward-thinking electrical contractor. Our clients range from estate agents, companies and domestic clients.

We are growing and are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

This new role would suit someone with experience of at least one of the following:
Bookings management, Hotel/restaurant/leisure, Bookings for trades, Diary management.

**Do you have the following?**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a booking/scheduling position.
- A team player attitude.
- Living within a short commute of our Andover office.
- Excellent spoken/written English.
- Reliability, honesty & integrity.
- Strong customer service skills.

**What does the job entail?**
- Ensuring engineer diaries are scheduled in advance, with effective route management to minimise fuel costs.
- Providing a first point of contact for scheduling enquiries.
- Monitoring the completion of works and re-scheduling incomplete works or work that requires materials.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving within a fast placed environment.
- Customer service tasks including follow up phone calls and arranging online reviews.
- Assist in implementing upgrades and improvements to procedures.
- General office administration tasks and support.

**Salary**:
£24,000 - £28,000 pro-rata (depending on experience).
