Persimmon Homes West Scotland has a vacancy for a full time Construction Co-ordinator, based within our Head Office in Glasgow, and reporting to the Construction Director. You will be working as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience from the period immediately post-handover of their new home, through to being handed over to our Customer Care Team. This will involve contact with clients and site teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to obtaining all initial paperwork received and ensure any issues are appropriately tasked. Data processing, document handling and report production is a large part of the role, however you will also require to attend meetings with Construction Senior Management Team.

**Qualifications/Experience**

**Skills**

You must be a good communicator, IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
