With a full range of digital and mobile enabled platforms, tools and analytics, Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions continues to lead the way in delivering innovative and tailored solutions to its clients. **What you’ll be doing**: The Inside Sales team will identify, manage, and support new client growth across a large segment of our Corporate Bank clients, harnessing data and digital marketing. As the Head of TTS Inside Sales, you will be responsible for: - Building a new global Inside Sales team for TTS - Developing and executing a client-centric strategy that drives increase market share, acquiring new clients for TTS and client growth through the provision of value-added products. - Leverage TTS Marketing and TTS Data teams to position TTS through targeted ecosystem sales campaigns and social media marketing - Primary global accountability sales origination and the related activities working with Corporate Bank partners. - Alignment of our country and regional Inside Sales teams to drive growth across identified client opportunities by client segment / industry, working with product and market management partners, to identify value propositions and new opportunities. - Ensuring consistent, professional delivery of all sales management reporting and disciplines including targeted sales campaigns, calling intensity, lead generation and revenue ramp. **What we are looking for**: - An experienced strategic leader who has strong communication and interpersonal skills - Building teams and talent through attracting new talent, coaching and mentoring - Build out industry specific content and expertise within the CCB sales teams - Demonstrate where you have had a significant impact in fostering partnerships and collaboration - You must demonstrate that you are able to build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular - consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. **What’s in it for you** - We foster a culture of meritocracy and diversity; we value and demand respect for others and opportunities to develop are widely available to all - We are a Top 100 UK Firms for Diversity per the Stonewall Index - 51% of our employees are women, 24% of our Director’s and Managing Directors are women. - 2020 Awards from Global Trade Review Leaders in Trade, Treasury Today Adam Smith - Awards, Monarch Innovation Awards, Euromoney Trade Finance Survey, Global Finance Awards.
