Ambitious international Tech company is looking to recruit a **Senior** **Inside Sales Executive** to join their Sales team. As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will be to prepare quotes for the Area Sales Managers, to develop relationship with clients including some cold calling, to supportthe projects won by the area sales managers and liaise with the head office. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in a sales environment to join a company with strong values, and which offers a career plan. The Senior InsideSales Executive will report to the Inside Sales manager.

**ROLE of the Senior Inside Sales Executive**:

- Understanding and qualifying client’s needs and requirements
- Building up client relationships to maintain and develop business
- Giving quotes to clients and following-up on projects
- Sourcing new sales opportunities, cold calling potential clients
- Advising and quoting clients according to the potential and existing clients requirements/needs
- Liaising with clients regularly to inform them of new products, promotions, events, etc.
- Liaising with the Head Office

**PROFILE**:

- Industry experience desirable (Electronic security / access control / CCTV etc)
- Previous cold calling experience in B2B environment, ideally as a Telemarketing Executive or an Inside Sales Executive, or
- Previous customer service experience with cross-selling tasks
- Good understanding of project management and ability to multitask
- Interest in technical products
- Strong communication skills including excellent telephone manners
- Eye for the details, and natural curiosity.
- Good IT skills or previous use of CRM

**SALARY**:

- Basic £27k negotiable according to skills and experience + commission
- Benefits include 2 days WFH, **travel allowance**, pension, medical insurance, 25 days holidays
