With a full range of digital and mobile enabled platforms, tools and analytics, Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions continues to lead the way in delivering innovative and tailored solutions to its clients. **What you’ll be doing**: As the Head of **TTS Client Success for Financial Institution clients**, you will be responsible for developing and executing a client-centric strategy that includes nurturing and growing client relationships through the provision of value-added products and an exceptional client experience. You will work closely on alignment and accountability across product, functional (incl. Service, Onboarding) and coverage partners. You will be responsible for leading our teams of Client Executives across the globe. The Client Executive manages and supports client growth and objectives through working with partners to meet clients’ needs and expectations. Leveraging tools, data and processes provide proactive engagement across our differentiated coverage model. Monitoring and supporting the onboarding process as well as the clients’ service levels will look to ensure revenue ramp up and a positive client experience. The Client Executive work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure. This person will be directly reporting to the Global Head of TTS Financial Institution Sales. **What we are looking for**: - An experienced strategic leader who has strong communication and interpersonal skills - Building teams and talent through attracting new talent, coaching and mentoring - Demonstrate where you have had a significant impact in fostering partnerships and collaboration - You must demonstrate that you are able to build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Certification Regime is one element of the Individual Accountability Regime which came into effect on 7 March 2016. Under the Certification Regime, Citi UK regulated entities (Citi entities) must ensure that employees working in certain roles categorised as specified significant harm functions (Certified Roles) are assessed as fit and proper to carry out their role. Under the guidance provided by the FCA and PRA, firms should have regard to the following when assessing fitness and propriety: - Honesty, integrity and reputation - Financial soundness - Competence and capability In order to comply with the requirements of the Certification Regime, Citi entities must take reasonable care to ensure that an employee does not perform a Certified Role without first being certified as Fit and Proper. For this reason, you will be assessed for this role against the Fit and Proper requirements, as described above.
